Moldova <\/span><\/span><\/strong>(no.<span class=\"Normal--Char\" style=\"font-style: italic;\"> <\/span>45095\/06)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"Normal\">The applicants are: Hyde Park, a non-governmental  organisation registered with the Moldovan Ministry of Justice at the  time of the events, which has since been banned by the State and replaced  by Hyde Park unincorporated association; and, five Moldovan nationals, <!--more--> Gheorghe Lupu\u015foru, Anatol Hristea-Stan, Mariana G\u0103lescu, Alina Didilic\u0103  and Oleg Brega. Relying in particular on Article\u00a011 (freedom of assembly  and association), the applicants complain that the authorities refused  to allow certain of their peaceful demonstrations, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in<strong> October  2005<\/strong>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">in a park in Chi\u015fin\u0103u<\/span>, in support of freedom of speech;<\/li>\n<li>in <strong>January  2005<\/strong>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">before the Romanian Embassy in Chisinau<\/span>, to protest against the  policy of Romania concerning Moldovan students in Romania; and,<\/li>\n<li>in <strong>February 2006<\/strong>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">in front of the Parliament<\/span>, to protest against the  non-transparent manner of organising the Eurovision song contest in  Moldova.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/cmiskp.echr.coe.int\/tkp197\/view.asp?action=html&amp;documentId=848709&amp;portal=hbkm&amp;source=externalbydocnumber&amp;table=F69A27FD8FB86142BF01C1166DEA398649\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/cmiskp.echr.coe.int<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hyde Park and Others v.
