Azi Curtea European\u0103 a Drepturilor Omului a f\u0103cut publice cele trei hot\u0103r\u00eeri din 10 martie 2009, prin care Republica Moldova a fost iar condamnat\u0103 pentru \u00eenc\u0103lcarea Conven\u0163iei Europene pentru Drepturile Omului, act interna\u0163ional ratificat de Moldova \u00eenc\u0103 acum 12 ani. \u00cen special s-a recunoscut violarea articolului 11, dreptul la \u00eentrunire \u015fi asociere, prin faptul c\u0103 ne-a fost interzis\u0103 organizarea de mitinguri \u00een anul 2006, \u015fi justi\u0163ia intern\u0103 n-a vrut s\u0103 ne apere.

Violations of Article 11<\/span><\/p>\n The applicants are: Hyde Park, a non-governmental organisation registered with the Moldovan Ministry of Justice at the time of the events, which has since discontinued its registration with the State and was replaced by Hyde Park unincorporated association; and, five Moldovan nationals, Gheorghe Lupu\u015foru, Anatol Hristea-Stan, Mariana G\u0103lescu, Alina Didilic\u0103 and Oleg Brega. Relying in particular on Article 11 (freedom of assembly and association), the applicants complained that the authorities had refused to allow certain of their peaceful demonstrations, namely:<\/p>\n The Court held unanimously that in all three cases there had been a violation of Article 11<\/strong> on account of the competent domestic authorities \u2013 the municipality \u2013 having rejected Hyde Park\u2019s applications with reasons which had not been provided for in the relevant domestic legislation.
