Subsemnatul Manoliu Valentin refugiat Roman cu dosarul nr. 10-483729 cu domiciliul in lgh 8007, Kapellvagen 58 A, 61243 Finspang intrucat: In data de 11 octombrie 2006 am solicitat in scris sprijinul Migrationsverket pentru protectia si siguranta mea sa mi se asigure un spatiu de locuit singur deoarece eram injurat si amenintat zilnic cu cutitul de ASEF MOHAMMED RAQIB, iar pe data de 13 octombrie 2006 la ora 8 si 15 minute am fost atacat de acest ASEF MOHAMMED RAQIB cu cutitul si am fost lovit la gat in partea stanga si taiat dupa urechea stanga si a doua oara am fost lovit si taiat pe obraz tot in partea stanga.
\nAm informat POLITIA din Finspang care a venit la adresa mentionata si am aratat cutitul cu care am fost atacat si i-am rugat sa faca raport asupra situatiei de la fata locului sa mentioneze despre cutit si ranile mele.
\nImediat dupa aceea am incercat sa contactez asistentul meu Pia Hurskainen de la Migrationsverket care a venit la ghiseu, dar a refuzat sa vorbeasca cu mine. Am plecat la sediul avocatului meu Lisa Lewander care a luat la cunostinta faptul ca am fost atacat si vatamat corporal.
\nPe data de 20 octombrie 2006, ora 9 am fost la interviu la avocat Lisa Lewander si am spus ce s-a intamplat in legatura cu acest atac criminal al lui ASEF MOHAMMED RAQIB.
\nFac precizarea ca am predat pasaportul si m-am pus la dispozitia autoritatilor Suedeze, si am solicitat sprijinul pentru protectia mea, dar pentru faptul ca din data de 13 octombrie 2006 sunt obligat sa locuiesc cu acest individ periculos si autoritatile suedeze nu ma sprijina pentru protectia mea si in continuare sunt obligat sa locuiesc cu acest individ periculos solicit renuntarea la cererea mea de azil.

\nMy name is Valentin Manoliu. I am Romanian refugee with the file no.
\n10-483729 and I live in lgh 8007, Kapellvagen 58 A, 61243 Finspang.
\nI am writing to you because of the following:
\nOn 11 October. 2006 I asked in writing the support from
\nMigrationsverket to get a better home for my protection and safety
\nbecause I was in jeopardy daily with the knife by ASEF MOHAMMED
\nRAQIB. On 13 October 2006, 8 o’clock and 15 minutes I was attacked
\nby this ASEF MOHAMMED RAQIB with the knife. I was hit at the neck on
\nthe left side and cut by the ear. The second time I was cut on the
\ncheek also on the left side.
\nI was for emergency at the police station from Finspang. The police
\ncame and I showed the knife with which I was attacked. I asked them
\nto make a report about the situation and the knife and my injuries.
\nRight after the police has gone, I was at Migrationsverket to my
\nassistant, Pia Hurskainen, who came to inquiry office, but she
\nrefused to talk with me and then I left to my layer, Lisa Lewander,
\nwho I informed about the fact I was injured.
\nOn 20 October 2006, 9 o’clock I was at an interview at my layer,
\nLisa Lewande, and I told her what happened regarding this criminal
\nattack of ASEF MOHAMMED RAQIB.
\nI gave my passport and putted myself at the discretion of Sweden
\nauthorities. I asked for support for my protection, but because
\nsince 13 October 2006 I am forced to live with this dangerous man
\nand the Sweden authorities don’t support me and still I am forced to
\ncontinue living with this man, I resign my asylum request.
