<\/span><\/span>Astazi, vineri, 24 martie, la Biserica din Floresti s-a declansat un conflict violent, in baza unui conflict care dureaza de mai multi ani intre credinciosii Mitropoliei Basarabiei si reprezentantii Mitropoliei Moldovei. Enoriasii Mitropoliei Basarabiei, care sunt de mai mult timp asediati in Biserica, au fost agresati de politistii din localitate. Persoanele cu camere de luat vederi si aparate de fotografiat au fost intimidate de politisti, si li s-a interzis sa fotografieze. Oamenii au fost imbrinciti, li s-au rasucit mainile la spoate si au fost deposedati de camere de catre politisti. Cativa credinciosi au fost arestati. <\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Corespondentul „Ziarului de Garda” a fost pentru o perioada blocat in Biserica, iar dup ace a reusit sa iasa, politistii nu i-au permis sa isi ia geanta in care avea aparat de fotografiat si dictafonul pline cu interviuri si imagini din asediu. Potrivit corespondentului nostru, conflictul a fost detsul de violent, au fost rupte usile locasului, ingroziti, credinciosii s-au blocat in interior cu toate obiectele pe care le-au gasit in Biserica. Autoritatile locale nu s-au prezentat la locul conflictului. Parinetel Ioan Ciuntu, consilier cultural al Mitropoliei Basarabiei, care se afla acolo de azi diumineata, a declarat pentru Ziarul de Garda ca politistii au fost instigate sa depuna forta doar impotriva credinsiosilor Mitropoliei Basarabiei si ca violentele abia de mai pot fi tinute in frau. El a ramas in pragul Bisericii, alaturi de alti preoti si enoriasi, pentru tota noaptea. <\/font><\/font><\/span><\/div>\n
Contactat de Ziarul de Garda, in aceasta noapte, IPS Petru Paduraru, Mitropolitul Basarabiei, a raspuns din resedinta sa ca nu vede o solutie in acest conflict, caci fortele sunt inegale. Telefoanele Mitropoliei Moldovei nu au raspuns. Totodata, oamenii de la Biserica din Floresti au ramas aediati in Biserica in continuare. <\/font><\/font><\/span><\/div>\n

Today, Fryday, 24 March, a police started a violent conflict in the <\/span>church<\/span> of <\/span>Floresti<\/span> \u00a8C a small town in <\/span>Republic<\/span> of <\/span>Moldova<\/span>. People were arrested and journalists and other people with camera were intimidated and prohibited to take pictures from violences. Police destroyed doors of the church, but people inside managed to fight and to block entrances with anything from inside. Our journalist was locked there too.<\/span><\/font><\/font><\/div>\n

The conflict is about 5 years old. The church belongs to <\/span>Bessarabian<\/span> <\/span>Mitropolitan<\/span> <\/span>Church<\/span> (belongs to Romanian Orthodox Church), but some priests from Some believers are locked in the church for many days, due the priests from an other church \u00a8C Moldovan Orthodox (belongs to Russian Orthodox Church) consider that church in Floresti has to be for their believers. It is known that president of <\/span>Moldova<\/span> recognize only one church \u00a8C the pro-Russian one. <\/span><\/font><\/font><\/div>\n

Our journalist was blocked in the church and managed to escape after some hours. Unfortunately, she was not allowed to take her bag with camera and tape recorder \u00a8C full of pictures and interviews with people struggling inside. Our calls to both heads of Orthodox churches couldn¡¯t help our journalist. We are deeply concerned about the situation in Floreshti. Ioan Ciuntu, a cultural councilor of Bessarabian church, is there just now trying to clarify the situation. He told us that policeman are against believers and try to destroy doors to arrest people inside. Any call to Moldovan authorities from human rights organizations or foreign journalists, any attention from abroad may stop the violence at this very early position.
