Conform raportului Amnesty International \u201eCivilii in bataia focului: conflictul ruso-georgian”, dovezile colectate de organizatie denota incalcari grave ale dreptului umanitar international si ale legislatiei cu privire la drepturile omului, comise de toate partile implicate in conflictul ruso-georgian.<\/p>\n

Peste 20 000 de etnici georgieni inca nu se pot intoarce la casele lor din Osetia de Sud, in timp ce multi dintre cei care s-au intors \u2013 de ambele parti ale conflictului \u2013 si-au gasit casele pradate si distruse.<\/p>\n
